To make the most of your holiday, we recommend completing the online check-in before your arrival. The online check-in form is included in the booking manager, where many of your details are already stored. This ensures a fast, easy and time-saving check-in on site.

Booking Manager – everything you need for your stay

The booking manager not only gives you access to the pre-check-in, but also provides all important information about your stay, including booking details, arrival and departure information, and useful tips for your holiday in the Ötztal.

Ötztal Guide & Guest Card

From 14 days before arrival, and at the latest upon arrival, you will receive an email with access to your personal Ötztal Guide, including your Guest Card - in summer, the SUMMER CARD as an upgrade. (smartphone required).

With the Ötztal Guest Card, you can use public transport between Ötztal train station and Sölden, including Obergurgl and Vent, free of charge – also for your arrival and departure.

You will receive your personal link and access details for the booking manager with your booking confirmation and again a few days before arrival, together with the arrival information.
