PRE-CHECK-IN
You send us your data and we prepare your registration. This saves you from filling out forms and taking time away from your well-deserved vacation. You will also receive an email invitation for your Ötztal Inside Guide including the Ötztal [Summer] Card .
Minimum stay:
Winter: 5 nights Summer: 5 nights Autumn: 4 nights Arrival days in winter: SATURDAY & SUNDAY (for 5 nights only on Sundays) Arrival in summer: any day possible
* By completing the booking, you agree to our house rules (under good to know & booking information), the Austrian Hotel Contract (AGBH) and our cancellation policy below.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house
- Pets are not allowed
- Ski/snowboard shoes not in the room (ski room)
- No parties / events
- Quiet times from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS - CANCELLATION FEES for ONLINE BOOKING (website and/or e-mail)
Changes and cancellations will only be accepted in writing. The date of receipt of your written cancellation is decisive.
up to 42 days before arrival free of charge
up to 31 days - 50% of the total costs
up to 14 days - 70% of the total costs
later and no arrival - 100% of the total costs
Please note that other cancellation conditions apply to bookings made via third-party portals (e.g. Booking.com etc.).

Booking guarantee
To fix the booking, we ask for a deposit of 50%.
You will receive the bank details with your reservation confirmation.
Final cleaning fee
A final cleaning fee is only payable in the apartment.
It is automatically added to your offer/reservation and amounts to EUR 40 per stay/per apartment.
Local / tourist tax
The visitor's tax is automatically added to your offer/reservation.
This is now €3.50 per person per night all year round. From 1st of November is it €4.00 ** per person per night.
Children up to 15 years (age + on arrival) are free.
