So that you don't lose valuable vacation time filling out forms at reception, please fill out our online check-in form before your arrival. In this way, your on-site registration is quick, easy and reduced to a minimum of time.
You will receive your access data with the booking confirmation and/or a few days before your arrival with the arrival information.
No, the kitchen is only available in the apartment.
In the basement of our house there is a kettle and a small fridge available.
Plates, cups, cutlery and tea are also available there free of charge.
In general, free cancellation is possible up to 42 days before arrival.
If the ski area is closed in winter (on your booked holiday date) due to Covid 19 or the national borders are closed and arrival is not possible for this reason, you can also cancel free of charge at any time. In these cases the deposit will be refunded to you .
In the event of cancellation from 42 days to 21 days before arrival, 50% of your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Between the 21 days and the 7 days before arrival, 70% of the total price is due.
If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival and if you do not arrive, an amount equal to the total price will be charged.
Changes and cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
The date of receipt of your written cancellation (e-mail) is decisive.
Since cancellation due to illness (from 41 days before arrival) is not free of charge, we recommend that you book cancellation insurance to protect yourself.
