Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  A later arrival is
only possible  with agreement .

Check-out: from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

For the duration of your stay you will receive, upon request, bathrobes for a deposit of 20,00 Euro/per bathrobe.
This will be refunded after returning the bathrobes.

On request, you can order a bread delivery service in the apartment ( daily except Sundays ).
Delivery costs: EUR 0.60 per delivery.

Changes and cancellations will only be accepted in written form .
The date of receipt of your written cancellation is crucial.

Please note that different cancellation conditions and cancellation fees apply on third-party portals. In general, we follow the general hotel contract provisions.

Summer: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 or 8:00 p.m

Winter: 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. or 11:00 p.m.

Opening hours without guarantee. Changes may occur.

In the event of damage to the equipment in and in front of the house, the amount of damage will be settled with the person who caused it and retained on site in CASH (EUR).

For a binding booking, we ask for a  deposit  of  50%  of the total price.
Please transfer this to our account. Our bank details can be found in your reservation confirmation.

You can pay the remaining amount in euros on site. We also accept debit cards and credit cards (Visa/Master cards).
Other credit cards, checks and foreign currencies cannot be accepted.

A pre-transfer of the total amount is also possible by arrangement.
Additional services, such as discounted Aqua Dome thermal bath tickets or your bread bill (in the apartment), can only be paid for in cash.
We ask for your understanding.

We ask that you do not bring any guests into your room or apartment who are not guests of our house.

In your personal offer for our apartment, a  final cleaning fee of € 60.00  per stay is automatically added.
If you do not leave the apartment completely undamaged upon departure or check-out and have not properly separated the rubbish, an extra fee will be charged.

Due to the strong odor and risk of fire, it is not permitted to prepare fondue or raclette in our apartment. Thank you for your understanding.

Free of charge in our own parking lot.

One car parking space is available per room   - additional parking spaces by arrangement.
Parking spaces for vans eg Sprinters or camping trailers/caravans (RVs) and buses are not available.

Please park in a space-saving manner in the marked parking spaces, there is free choice of space.

From 01.11.2023 is the local tax/tourism tax 4.00 euros per person/per night [or applicable local tax at the time of stay] (except for children up to 15 years of age, the year of birth on arrival is decisive).

If a room key is lost, a  replacement fee (approx. 50 euros)  must be paid.

In winter: open 5 times a week (closed on Saturdays and Sundays).
Open from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

In summer: closed

In autumn: on request/advance booking; open from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

We charge a surcharge for stays of up to 3 nights.
This is calculated automatically in your personal offer.

Please note that in the winter months we have a minimum stay of 5 nights (arrival days: SA, SO), with 5 nights only on Sundays.
In the summer months 5 nights (arrival day: daily possible).
In autumn: 4 nights
Exception: Christmas/New Year's Eve - 6 nights
The minimum stay is short-term reduced to 2 nights.

Runs 4 times in the morning from the house car park to the Gaislachkogelbahn and back 4 times in the afternoon.

Skis, snowboards, ski-snowboard shoes, bicycles, hiking boots, ...... are to be deposited in the designated  ski and storage room  in the basement (basement) and may not be kept in the room or apartment.

Free WiFi is available in all rooms.

Access tickets are available at check-in.
